The space Guest services: -Quiet location and in a residential neighborhood, ideal for relaxing. -Enjoy a private terrace during your stay. -Bed linens, towels and toiletries provided. Additional features: -The terrace is located inside the apartment. -The accommodation is on the first floor, easily accessible, and is suitable for people with reduced mobility. -You will have two sets of keys during your stay. Description of the apartment: You will love this apartment for its excellent location and its private terrace. It is located on the first floor of the building and has direct entrance from the street. Its capacity is for 6 people, providing a comfortable and cozy space. What you will find in the apartment for your comfort: - Common area: a sofa, a TV and a dining room with table and chairs. - Equipped kitchen: it has a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, stove top and cooking utensils. - First bedroom: queen size double bed. - Second bedroom upstairs: two single beds. - Living room with sofa bed. - Full bathroom: with shower, toilet and sink. Equipment available: - Sheets and towels are provided. - Amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. - The kitchen includes a welcome kit with: 1 bottle of dishwasher (30ml), a scourer, a multi-purpose cloth and a garbage bag. IMPORTANT NOTE: Food products such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee or tea are not provided for hygiene reasons. The terrace, equipped and cozy, will allow you to enjoy a unique atmosphere for your stay. Additional services: If you are traveling with a baby, you have the option to request: - Crib for a supplement of 30 euros. - Highchair for a supplement of 20 euros. - If you need both services, the price of the crib will be 30 euros and the highchair 10 euros. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare these services before your arrival. Guest access Depending on your arrival time, we will provide you with the information to access the apartment (through a receptionist or an autocheckin), hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 3 days before your arrival. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. There are bins on each floor of the building. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
