The key is stored in a secure key box. Guests will receive the access code in advance of their arrival after the booking is confirmed. Other things to note Additional important information We warmly welcome you and kindly ask you to carefully review the photos of the accommodation before booking. Our studio features an open-plan living and kitchen area, a sleeping area, and a terrace. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed, while the living area offers a sofa bed for two additional guests. We are happy to provide a short video guide on how to convert the sofa into a bed. Free parking and bicycle storage are available. Guests can also enjoy the terrace, lawn area, and sun loungers for relaxation. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, approximately 3 km from the city center. The center can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus or around 5 minutes by taxi. Taxi fares typically range between €10 and €15, depending on traffic. Please note that access to the house is via 27 steps. Direct parking at the house is possible upon request – please feel free to contact us.
