By train you can reach downtown Hamburg, the harbor or the Elbphilharmonie in 30 minutes. Through the 3 large windows in the basement, you can enjoy the play of light of the park-like garden, where birds sing and deer pass by. In winter, the cozy fireplace blazes. The space The 36 sqm living area is modernly furnished with designer furniture and has 2 large windows to the garden, a dining table with 4 chairs, two sofas and armchairs as well as a shelf. One of the sofas is a sofa bed for 2 people (160 x 200 cm). Directly adjacent is the sleeping area with 16 sqm, a box spring bed (160x200cm), cozy bedside lamps and a clothes rail and shelves. A fireplace ensures comfort on winter days. The kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, coffee maker, toaster, water bubbler and other accessories is fully equipped. Separated by a sliding door, behind the kitchen is the 5 sqm bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. From the entrance, which is reached by a few steps down in the basement, a long hallway with seating and storage options leads to the living area. There are 2 large mirrors in the hallway and a beautiful wall design with tropical birds. Outside, in front of the apartment in the garden, several seating areas, a fireplace and a table invite you to quietly enjoy the beautiful, park-like garden with many large fruit trees and rhododendrons. Guest access Upon arrival, the car can be parked on the green strip directly in front of the "Casa Dell'Arte", where the small, red path leads to the property. Through this small path on the right side of the house you also reach the accommodation, which is in the basement, via a short staircase. Through the large windows you have a direct view into the beautifully landscaped garden. Other things to note Your quiet accommodation "Casa dell'Arte" is a 7-minute walk from Tostedt train station. From there, trains run every half hour to Hamburg (32 minutes) and Bremen (37 minutes). The Heide shuttle bus runs from the train station directly to the Heide hiking area and also transports bicycles. A supermarket (Rewe) is a 3-minute walk away, other markets such as Lidl, Aldi, another Rewe and the Budnikowski drugstore are an 8-minute walk away. There are several wonderful bakers in the village, especially Bäckerei Schrader has a very nice café where you can really sit great. For lunch or dinner you will find nearby a very good Greek restaurant "Acropolis" with a very appealing ambience, two Asian restaurants, one makes really good sushi and an Italian restaurant "Postino" that makes super delicious pizza. If you are looking for something even more special, you are in the right place in the "Schafstall" in the Büsenbachtal (8.8 km) with Heidschnuckenwurst and a gigantic cake buffet also with vegan cakes. At weekends they offer a delicious brunch buffet and cultural program. The "Alte Schmiedehof" in Undeloh is 20 km away, in the middle of the heathland hiking area and offers great international cuisine and a fantastic ambience. If you want to be artistic yourself, you can book individual painting and ceramics courses in the artist's studio in Himmelsweg.
