The apartment has a new and modern kitchen with dishwasher as well as a separate living-dining room with smart TV and large sofa bed. Another large bedroom is directly connected and is available for more than 1 person. Terrace included. The space The large modern-cozy living/dining room with smart TV (currently no cable or satellite TV) can be used as an additional bedroom by the large sofa bed. The separate kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, induction stove, compact oven, microwave, Airfryer, coffee maker (pad and filter), toaster, kettle, egg cooker and milk frother. Tea, coffee, sugar, etc. are available and may be used free of charge. The beds in the bedroom are electrically adjustable. An optional additional large bedroom makes the accommodation extremely spacious and offers guests plenty of space and privacy for more than 1 person. After consultation, the washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee. Guest access Access is via the shared staircase. Your apartment is a self-contained residential unit. In the other wing of the basement, we have some private rooms that we hardly use. This means that you will be practically alone on the floor and have plenty of privacy. There you can also use the table tennis table and the foosball table after consultation. Other things to note As a guest, a tourist tax of €2.80 per day is charged to you in Bad Lippspringe. Workers and students are exempt.
