Small cottage on the owner's plot. The plot is a total of 2,900 sqm and on it is the jetty house, a residential house and a barn. The cottage was renovated in 2016. New kitchen decor, new bathroom, tiles on the ground floor, wallpapered and painted. Upstairs, laminate flooring and wood paneling on walls and ceilings. Outdoor patio with small barbecue, table and four chairs. The cottage has two floors of about 50 sqm. Two small children can fit on the sofa bed. Or an adult. The space The cottage is cramped if you are four people. But the weather is always crucial. The road to Fårö passes by. In summer, it is busy. The Heidelberg Material Slite factory dominates the community and sometimes you can hear them blasting in the quarry. The beach is one of the best on Gotland for families with children. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire lawn. I'm working on getting the thistles out of the lawn so you can walk barefoot. But I don't promise I'll succeed. I have a cat. Hopefully the hedgehog will show up. Other things to note Sheets and towels are not included. However, kitchen towel and dishwasher soap. Cleaning before departure. Shake carpets and wipe floors.
