The Nook is perfect for couples, solo travellers or golfers alike looking for an ideal base in the seaside town of Deal. Property Description Ground floor Open plan living area Door leads into the open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. There is a dining table and two chairs to one side. This room also has a sofa, footstall and Smart TV. Bedroom Bedroom - sleeps 2, with King Size bed, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Shower room with bath, overhead shower, wc and basin. Garden Garden – private garden area with table and chairs, sun loungers and hot tub. Parking Parking will be either available at the front of the owners house or in spaces around the green Things You Need to Know Towels and linen are provided - no beach towels. Wi-Fi access. Central heating throughout. WiFi available and suitable for home working. Hot tub available for guests to use. There is a hair dryer. Iron and table top board provided. There is no washing machine or dryer. House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please note quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. Please be respectful to neighbours. Parties and loud music are not permitted.
