The architecture-built cottage (architect Nynke-Rixt Jukema), spread over three floors, has been decorated with care and offers a unique spatial experience due to its playful design! The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, so there is plenty of privacy for (young) families or vital peace seekers. Together it is also "nice landing"! Peace, simplicity, comfort and experience of creativity will be experienced! The space The cottage is playfully placed on one of the two hills and invites you to enjoy the nature around you. From the living room on the top floor, you have not only views of the forest (spot the deer) but also the nature reserve Terhorsterzand/Het National Park het Dwingelderveld. Here are heather fields, forest, fens and lakes where you can fully walk, cycle and swim. Nature and Adventure meet here! Enjoy in the morning in the sun on the terrace and in the evening under the porch. In the quiet nights you can really experience the darkness here and discover the stars *** *. The cottage has a complete kitchen, 3 compact bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, Jotul wood stove, underfloor heating everywhere, Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi, parking in front of the door making there a lot of comfort and privacy! A shared simply heated swimming pool (open in June, July, August = free) with camping canteen is within 200 meters walking distance from the cottage. Guest access The entire cottage is available to guests. There are three floors: ground floor with 2 pers. bedroom (bed 160x200), bedroom with bunk bed (80x200) and bathroom (shower and toilet), basement: 2 pers. bedroom (bed 160x200) with adjoining bathroom (shower and toilet). Luggage can be placed on the luggage racks and/or under the beds. On the top floor is the kitchen and living room. From here, access to the terrace at the front and the veranda at the back. All around there is access to the garden where there is a picnic table, 2 relaxing chairs and 2 sun loungers. The fire bowl is available in consultation with "the neighbors." The shared swimming pool: July, August and in sunny weather in September. Other things to note The cottage has stairs inside and outside! Optional is: Bed linen (covers for duvets 1 person duvets cotton/bamboo 140 x 200) Bed sheets: mattresses 80x200/160x200) can be rented for 15 euros pp Bath towels (50x100 and 70x130) for 10 euros pp. If you are interested, please let us know as soon as possible. Fancy a late checkout? Until 6 pm you can make use of all the facilities of the cottage. This costs €75 during the low season, during holiday periods €100, is on request.
