Welcome! Fully furnished studio (30 m2) with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. A beautiful location in the middle of the meadows at the outskirts of the village Zuidermeer. There is a small kitchen (oven/microwave, 2 burner electric hob, Nespresso appliance, kettle and fridge) and a spacious dining area, cozy sitting area (with TV) and double bed. A separate outdoor seating area is available. Upon request, you can enjoy the setting sun in the back of our yard. The space """"" This studio is located next to De Stopplaats te Zuidermeer. This is the former station/former stop along the railway between Hoorn and Alkmaar. This location was used between 1898 and 1938. The location is on the outskirts of the village: a beautiful location in the middle of the meadows in the construction of a modern stop farm. This rural location is not accessible by public transportation. The nearest stand with public transportation facilities is Hoorn. That is about 9 km away. From there, the location can be reached by bike (rentable) or by taxi. In consultation, transport to/from the train can also be arranged with us. ！ ￥￥￥ ￥￥ The studio is located on the first floor of the extension of the modern farmhouse. It has a private entrance and entrance. In the hall upstairs you will find the toilet. In the suite there is a small kitchen (with oven/microwave, two-burner induction hob, coffee maker (Nespresso), kettle and fridge). There is a spacious dining area and a cozy sitting area with TV. The double bed is 1.6m wide. There is also a sofa bed available. The modern bathroom has a shower cabin with rain shower and hand shower, and there is one sink. Bedding, bathing and kitchen towels are provided, as well as any bathrobes. There is coffee and tea, and basic items such as olive oil, pepper and salt. The wishes for breakfast must be communicated in advance and we will try to meet them as much as possible. This is to avoid waste of food as much as possible. We will provide a simple but completely self-prepare breakfast in the studio. ￥ ￥ ￥ ￥ ￥ ￥ ￥ In the garden there is a private place made with lounge benches that offer wide views over the meadows. In the evening you can enjoy the setting sun here. There is a sauna/hot tub on the property. For a fee, this can be used for a minimum stay of 2 nights. A washing machine and/or dryer can also be used for a fee. There is enough space for children to play and also check out the Creative Spirits website to complement your stay with a creative workshop. A lot is possible in consultation! '' '' ' Several (house)animals are available on the property including chickens, dogs/dogs, rabbits, alpacas and horses. These animals are all friendly, accessible and used to children. Dogs are welcome upon request and for a fee. If you have a specific question about this, please don't hesitate to contact us. We may be able to arrange something. The house is located next to a railway line. Here four times an hour (between 6:00 - 00:30 during the week and between 07:00 - 01:00 on weekends short (local) trains pass by (no intercity's!)). Generally speaking, this is not experienced as a nuisance. Guest access The studio has its own entrance, toilet, bathroom and kitchen. The rest of the house and the other house on the property are private. The sauna and hot tub (with a minimum stay of 2 nights) and/or a washing machine and/or dryer can be used for a fee. Children can use the playground equipment/outdoor toys that are present. A baby bed and/or high chair can also be placed in the studio. Contact with the animals (such as feeding the alpacas, cleaning the pony) can take place (under supervision). There is a charging station available for charging an electric car (for a fee). Other things to note Breakfast must be discussed in advance so that we waste or have to throw away as little food as possible.
