BanaBaug Heritage Wada House • Private Pool

It's a 4BHK heritage-style wada set on a 9-acre green estate just 40 km from Thane, beside Samruddhi Mahamarg. The architecture and interiors are truly unique. When many old Maharashtrian wadas were being demolished, we carefully sourced their 300+ year old wooden pillars, doors, windows and furniture, restored them with the help of professionals and brought them together here at Bana Baug. You will fall in love the overall ambience of the Wada & its aesthetics. The space The main Wada features 4 well-appointed bedrooms 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. With extra bedding, the capacity can be extended to 12 guests. Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4, located on the first floor, offer added charm with a private balcony and a small party terrace respectively perfect for couples or small groups to relax, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. In addition, we have a separate cottage with 2 bedrooms. If your group exceeds 12 guests, we can comfortably accommodate 7–8 additional people in the cottage. Guests can also enjoy a private swimming pool, designed for both relaxation and fun. A unique highlight of the pool is the built-in seating area inside the water, featuring three tables placed in one corner of the pool, allowing guests to sit comfortably in the pool while enjoying drinks, conversations. The property also features four cozy verandas, one at each corner of the exterior, designed around a unique tree-like structure and beautifully lit with cane lights an excellent spot for relaxing and perfect for photoshoots. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 9-acre property, except for the in-house kitchen.
