Welcome to my home in Pollonia, the Arokaria Sea Home! It's a beachfront house with amazing sea view in a quiet area of Pollonia, just 20m off the beach and 5' off the center of the village. This is my home, where I can unwind and hope that my guests will also find their stay calming and relaxing, with carefully selected furniture and objects from my travels. I look forward to offering you the atmosphere of my home and sharing the thrilling experience that is to live in my hometown, Pollonia. The space My home was designed to accommodate 2-4 guests in 78sqm, in two separate comfortable bedrooms with double beds and sea view. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, towels and amenities. A very spacious common area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, cozy living room and desk, all with sea view, will make for an unforgettable stay with your family, friends or partner. The common area and one of the bedrooms share a spacious veranda, equipped with a large table and a hammock, with panoramic views over the bay of Pollonia, where you can spend your day indulging in the view and a nice meal. The house takes up the entire upper floor of the building, that you can access with a comfortable staircase, from the garden. There is of course cable TV, WiFi, washing machine, ACs and state of the art fans in both bedrooms. Other things to note With the quiet and calming environment and using the fast and reliable Wi Fi connection, the house is also ideal for working from home and getting productive and creative, by the beautiful bay of Pollonia.
