Summer house on Lolland near Dannemare close to the Baltic Sea

If you are into cottage coziness, swimming in the Baltic Sea, long walks on the beach and in the woods and at the same time want to experience small local towns and good excursion opportunities, then read on. We rent out our private cottage, which is a cozy and traditional family cottage on Lolland. The house has been in our family's possession since 1971 and we use the house a lot in the summer months. You will therefore also be able to find various personal effects in the house, but you can use everything. The space The house contains everything you need to have a nice and comfortable vacation - including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, WiFi, TV, etc. but is not a new luxury spa or pool house. In return, you have a beach and swimming pier 75 meters from the house and the forest about 1000 meters away. The main house contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 smaller room with bunk bed (walk-through room). The chamber is most suitable for smaller children. The kitchen contains virtually all cooking equipment, including oven, induction cooktop, pots, pots and pans, microwave, air fryer, blender, etc. Small separate guest cottage with private bathroom/toilet and Hemnes pull-out bed. Best suited for e.g. 1 teenager or 1 grandparent or a couple of medium-sized children. The bed can be pulled out to 160x200. The garden is fully fenced and well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is garden furniture and a barbecue for use. The grill must be cleaned after use and before departure. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO CHARGE YOUR CAR VIA THE ELECTRICAL OUTLET IN THE COTTAGE, AS THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR CHARGING CARS. REFER TO CHARGING IN NAKSKOV. Other things to note Consumption is charged separately: Electricity: DKK 3-5 per kWh Water: DKK 85 per M3 Electricity and water are generally very expensive in Denmark and due to the war in Ukraine, the prices of electricity in particular have increased a lot. We try to keep the price as low as possible. We settle electricity according to the daily prices at Andel Bed linen, towels and dishcloths must be brought. There are dishwasher tablets, detergents, cloths, etc. in the house for daily use. Upon departure, the house must be left neat and tidy. Trash must be placed in the waste container out by the road and bottles must be disposed of in the bottle container. There is a container at Maglehøj Strand, at the recycling site at Rudbjerg and at Brugsen in Dannemare. If you have used the grill, it must be cleaned thoroughly. The same with the oven. If necessary, run the pyrolysis program on the oven.
