In Bretagne, enjoy the idyllic scenery around our cottage, far away from hectic and stress. Annex of a typical Breton farmhouse built in 1721 and fully restored and tastefully renovated in 2018. The cottage has its own small fenced garden among the fields and countryside of Mégrit. Bordering the small village of character "Jugon Les Lacs", it promises you a total change of scenery. Enjoy unforgettable memories and holidays. The space The cottage is self-contained with all modern amenities, to help you enjoy your stay. The ground floor offers a kitchen/dining room and a comfortable living room while upstairs there is a large bedroom with a queen size bed 160 x 200 cm plus a separate bathroom with a large walk-in shower. (Linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided, including shower gel and shampoo) The staircase of this cottage is quite steep and is more like a miller's ladder than a classic staircase. It does not have a guardrail on the living room side, which requires particular vigilance, especially with people with mobility difficulties. This element is part of the charm of the place, but requires careful use on a daily basis. There is a selection of books and DVDs for you to enjoy. 42-inch smart HDTV with Netflix/French TV features. We can provide a travel crib with linens. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need the bed. A Wood burning Stove with Wood for the cold Winter months/electric heating if needed. We accept dogs and ask you to inform us if you are interested in bringing your pet with you, but a maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Dogs are not allowed on the couch or bed for hygienic reasons and please do not leave your dog unattended. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Guests have a small private outdoor area, which includes a small wooden cupboard containing cushions for outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, wood for the stove and recycling bins. The SUNRISE Cottage has a small private car park. Other things to note We are living rural and you need transport of getting around. There is also a bicycle rental near Jugon Business Park. For your convenience, we provide a self check-in service with a lock box. You can feel free to check in anytime after 5 p.m. A TASSIMO machine is available for your coffee breaks. Capsules are not provided, remember to bring your favorites!
