The space PLEASE NOTE - HOUSE RULES - Our space is exclusively designed for 18-35 years old, AKA 'YOUTH'* We pride ourselves on the social element of our stay; we love connecting people and building a community. We’ve found that travellers want to meet people their own age and build lasting connections when they’re in the same circles or want the same things out of a their Gokarna trip. - Gokarna, being a small village, experiences a scheduled power outage every WEDNESDAY from 10 AM to 4 PM. During this time, the AC will NOT BE operational. However, we have a reliable power backup in place to ensure that all other electrical appliances, including fans and geysers, remain fully functional for your comfort. - We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 6 people. If the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the property manager retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. - Your Well-being Matters: Entering the sea is not recommended. We are not responsible for any safety concerns or injuries. - We believe in self-help and do not provide luggage assistance & room service. - YOU are responsible for the safety of your belongings during your stay. Please ensure your room is locked when you step out. The property cannot be held liable for any loss or misplacement of items.
