Mystic has wonderful, award-winning restaurants just a short walk/drive away, and I’m happy to point you toward favorites depending on what you’re craving. ⚓💙 Your bedroom Your private room is set up for deep rest after a day of wandering Mystic—comfy queen mattress, fresh pillows, lovely linens, fluffy towels, and little thoughtful touches so you can pack lighter. *Please note: there is no TV in the bedroom. (You’re welcome to relax in the shared living room if you’d like screen time.)* Location This quaint, walkable spot is about half a mile from downtown Mystic—an easy 10-minute stroll. Nearby favorites: ~ Kayak, paddleboard, and bike rentals down the street ~ Haley Farm State Park (about a 5-minute drive) for beautiful trails ~ Mystic Seaport Museum, Olde Mistick Village, and the Aquarium are all a quick drive Guest access ~ Your private bedroom is yours alone during your stay. ~ You’ll also have access to shared common areas in the home (living room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces as available/seasonal). ~ Entry is easy with a keypad for flexible arrival. Other things to note Because this is a private-room stay, you may see other guests in shared spaces. We ask everyone to respect quiet hours and shared areas so the home remains peaceful and cozy for all. Your personal entry code will be sent the day before you arrive. Other things to note ~ Your private guest room does not include a TV (perfect for unplugging after a day in Mystic). ~ The bathroom is just outside your room and is private for your use only. ~ For peace of mind, the bedroom door locks from the inside. It does not lock from the outside. At this time, this is the only private-room offering in the Burrows Home, so you won’t be sharing the home with other room guests.
