Guests are requested to bring their own dental care items. *House Guidelines* To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly request guests to follow these guidelines: • Maximum 2 guests allowed; Unmarried couples are welcome, but both must be 21+ • Valid government-issued IDs with address proof required for all guests before check-in • No smoking, vaping, drugs, or hukkah indoors (₹3000+ fine applies if violated) • ₹50 parking fee payable at the security gate. A parking sticker will be provided and is valid for your entire stay. • Apps like Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto deliver to the doorstep until 10:30 PM. Post that, please collect parcels from the security gate. • Only registered guests allowed; visitors are not permitted • No parties, gatherings, or loud music; quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM • Please switch off lights and appliances (AC, Ceiling fan, Geyser) when not in use • Report any damage immediately; repair or replacement charges may apply • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards | Check-out: Before 11:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability Violation of house guidelines may result in penalties or cancellation of stay without refund. Guest access You will have complete access to your private studio, including a private kitchenette and private bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay. Common Areas & Shared Facilities • Terrace (18th floor) – Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset views from the rooftop terrace. • Gym (1st floor) – Complimentary access for all guests. • Café (1st floor) – Serves home-cooked meals, breakfast, and beverages; doorstep delivery available. • Parking – Dedicated parking space available for guest vehicles. • Laundry service nearby – Free pickup and drop provided; laundry charges payable directly to the service provider. • Children’s play area – A safe and fun space for kids to enjoy. Other things to note LOFT is located in a residential gated society with 24×7 security. We request guests to respect house rules and quiet hours to ensure a peaceful environment and avoid disturbing neighbors.
