The space Ideal for large groups, you will have two separate condos—one 3-bedroom and one 2-bedroom— impeccably clean, fully furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. • The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in. • There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,500 feet apart. • 3-Bedroom Condo Bedding: - 1 King bed - 1 Queen bed - 2 Twin beds • 2-Bedroom Condo Bedding: - 1 King bed - 1 Queen bed or 2 Twin beds - This is a timeshare condo, and this property has multiple two-bedroom units. Some have two twin beds in the second bedroom, and some have a queen bed. • The 3-bedroom unit is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, while the 2-bedroom unit comfortably hosts up to 6, with a total capacity of 14 guests between both. • Each condo also includes: - Living area with a queen Murphy bed and access to a private balcony or patio - Dining area - Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and essential cookware - Washer and dryer - Two full bathrooms Totaling 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 4 bathrooms across both units, this setup ensures that your group has plenty of space while staying together. 🚐 Exclusive Shuttle Service: Skip the transportation stress with the shuttle service to Coachella and Stagecoach. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well. ✔️ This is a timeshare condo within a hotel-style apartment complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit; the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,500 feet apart. ✔️ Shuttle services aren’t included in the booking. These are operated by an independent provider. This shuttle service is different than the one offered by Coachella, and Stagecoach. ✔️ Shuttle passes were $145 per person for the entire weekend this year.
