Some have two twin beds in the second bedroom, and some have a queen bed. 🛋️ Living Room: Queen Murphy bed 🍽️ Dining Area ☕ Private Balcony: Perfect for your morning coffee or evening unwind 🍽️ Fully equipped kitchen: Cook your favorite meals with a fridge, microwave, stove, coffee maker, and all the kitchen basics. • Each unit accommodates up to 5 guests Totaling 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 4 bathrooms across both units, this setup ensures that your group has plenty of space while staying together. Guest access Check-in is simple at our friendly, fully staffed front desk, where they’re happy to hold your luggage before or after your stay, so you can focus on family fun, not logistics. All resort amenities are shared with fellow guests, but your spacious suites are 100% private, a cozy space to unwind, recharge, and enjoy. Other things to note ✔️ The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in. ✔️The guest who makes the reservation must be physically present at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first. ✔️ This is a timeshare condos within a hotel-style apartment complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout. ✔️ The two units may be in different buildings within the same resort complex depending on availability. ✔️ Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit. ✔️ Spa services are available on-site, but they’re not included in your reservation. Feel free to stop by the spa desk to book your favorite treatment when you arrive. ✔️ Just close by the resort, you’ll find one of the area’s most scenic golf courses with mountain views and wide-open fairways. It’s open to the public but not included in your reservation. Simply stop by the golf club front desk to check in and book your tee time. ✔️ The shuttle from our property is different than the Coachella Shuttle Pass from the festival website operated by Valley Music Travel. ✔️ Shuttle services are not included in the booking fees and can be purchased in the main lobby. It is independently operated, and not affiliated with Coachella, Stagecoach, or our property. ✔️ Shuttle passes are $145 per person for the entire weekend, with shuttles running approximately every 30 minutes (14 shuttles total). - Please note that we do not manage this service; we simply provide information on the provider, and pricing is determined by them. ⚠️This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation.
