The King Suite is the largest of our 6 Suites, for up to four guests, perched on a quiet corner of Castle Hill along the original castle path. Enjoy sweeping views of the Old City, Niesen Pyramid, Stockhorn range, Aare River, and town below. Centrally located yet peaceful, it features a full kitchen, bright walk-in shower, cozy living area with 65" smart TV, Netflix and fast Internet. The space You’ll have the entire loft to yourselves. Everything is private, and the layout is simple and easy. The space is perfect if you want a peaceful escape while still being right in the center of things. Guest access You have the whole property to yourself. Each suite has its own kitchen, bathroom, living room, and sleeping area. The courtyard is shared with the other guests staying at the property. Other things to note Thank you again for booking this boutique suite on Castle Hill. Staying up here is something truly special, but there are a few things worth noting that aren’t always typical for Swiss vacation rentals. First, you’ll need to take your own trash back down the hill. We’ve provided a helpful map showing the nearest garbage drop-off locations, along with a few useful spots around Castle Hill—please take a moment to review it before check-out. Since the property sits up on Castle Hill, the water is pumped up from the Aare River below. Because of this, warm water may take a little time to arrive. We kindly ask that you avoid very long showers so everyone in the boutique suites can enjoy warm water as well. Lastly, the tap water is high-quality drinking water—fresh Castle Hill water straight from the tap. Feel free to enjoy it.
