When you arrive at the home, you are immediately welcomed by pine trees and a welcoming front porch leading to the home's entryway. The floor plan of this beach-themed home features a comfy living area with large flat screen TV (Mediacom Cable) and cozy couches. The house has three bedrooms that includes two queen size beds, a full-size bed, and a twin bunk-bed, as well as a Queen size sofa. It also includes (two) full bathrooms, and (one) half bathroom, making getting ready convenient for large groups. The backyard deck provides great spaces for relaxation and socializing. A charcoal grill and a picnic table. This home has complimentary wireless internet, central A/C to keep you cool in the summer heat and a washer/dryer for your laundry needs. In addition we are providing linens and towels at not extra charge. The house also provides private driveway parking for two cars plus a double garage with room for one additional car, storage, bikes, and beach equipment all included for use. Guests have access to the entire house. No need for a house key. We will give each guess a code to get in the house. Check in at 4PM and check out 11AM. There are groceries stores, and restaurants. Water parks and assateague island is only 18 minutes away. The property is near route 90 west and 90 east. It is about 3 miles from route 50. The house is not rented to teenagers or groups. Teenagers must be accompanied by an adult.. The age requirement is 21 years old. WE don’t provide linens or towels.
