Guest access ➜ Entire studio is exclusively yours — no shared spaces, no outside access for non-guests. ➜ Entry is through a secure, gated building; unauthorized visitors are strictly not permitted. ➜ Convenient self check-in for seamless arrivals, day or night.; guests must follow the provided instructions carefully for smooth access. ➜ Only the registered guest(s) may enter and stay in the apartment — no exceptions. ➜ Late-night noise, gatherings, or additional visitors beyond the booking are strictly prohibited. Golf kits and caddies are also available for hire. Beginners can avail of coaching with the in-house coach. The golf course is closed on Tuesdays and certain designated holidays. ➜ clubhouse is functional from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on all days EXCEPT Tuesday and certain designated holidays. Entry to the clubhouse is chargeable per person per day. Club passes are only issued to the apartment owners. Therefore, if you wish to use the clubhouse facilities you will need to inform our local host in advance. ➜Below is a partial list of amenities at the clubhouse: • Swimming pools for adults and kids • Gym • Table tennis, pool table and other indoor games • Kids arena (up to 12 years) with rock climbing, Playstation, etc. • Steam, sauna, and jacuzzi • Tennis court and basketball court • 30 yard lush green T20 cricket ground • Playground for kids with slides, seesaw, etc. ➜Guests can avail of the following additional facilities located in the clubhouse which are chargeable on actuals: • Salon and spa • All-day cafe serving vegetarian fare. • Multi-cuisine vegetarian restaurant serving lunch and dinner. Other things to note- ➜ Clubhouse facilities are chargeable per person per day and are not available on Tuesdays and certain designated holidays ➜Swimming costume is a must to get into the pool. ➜We have many leading restaurants delivering food at the home via ZOMATO. ➜There are 3 to 4 tiffin services available, where homemakers are cooking food at their home and delivering at nominal costs. ➜ BIG BASKET, JIO MART, DMART online apps are functional ➜ OLA and UBER both are operational ➜Amazon considers this as PRIME location along side Flipkart. ➜ WIFI has a superfast 100 MBPS speed and is dedicated for the guests. ➜For weekly bookings or bookings equal to or more than 7 nights. we charge electricity bill at actuals (10.36₹ per unit) with adequate usage of Air conditioning, water gyeser cost for electricity for 7 nigths ranging from 30 units to 80 units i.e. 300₹ to 800₹ (weekly) only we shall provide a meter reading at the time of checkin then at checkout. Other things to note Important notice regarding usage of Linens : ➜ We request the guests to please use the *Towels* provided only for bathing purpose and not as a floor mat or wiping your shoes, baggage, etc ➜ Please refrain from eating, snaking, drinking on the queen bed in the bedroom/sofa. Food stains on fresh white *Bedding* provided is very difficult for us to remove at the time of laundry, it requires additional effort, please use the counter top dining table at the time of having meals. ➜We will be checking the apartment upon checkout. We will be charging fine for misuse of the linens : Towel 650.00 Bedsheet 650.00 Duvet cover 950.00 ➜We will be charging a fine of Rs 5000+ if any smoking or ash observed in the house by the manager or the housekeeping after you vacate. ➜We will be charging a fine of Rs 1000 for every hour of late checkout.
