Our 2 bedroom, one bath apartment is on a tree lined street in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance not shared. It is a small 2 story building with a cloak room entrance. Ample street parking. Shared foyer/entrance hall. Stairs to a second floor. Natural light on 3 sides: Very quiet and private. Surrounded by trees and a front walled garden. Scenic Sligo Creek a few blocks away for your pleasure. North, South, & East: large windows throughout, to better display our art collection. The space is designed as a curated urban bohemian flat. Hardwood floors, mini blinds & natural bamboo Roman shades. Kitchen has full size appliances. Well lighted exterior with motion lights and security camera. Heating is forced air and radiant. Video Security cameras. This is also our residence. 🏡 BEFORE INQUIRING, please note we only rent to respectful guests. Children are welcome. Also pets are welcome for a one time additional $75 Pet 🐶🐱 cleaning fee. We expect anyone who stays at the property to treat our space as they would treat their own home. Queen bed Twin beds Glassware, dishes, flatware, pots, pans and cooking utensils Guest access The private walled courtyard and garden is to enjoy freely. If you smoke outside please discard properly. Other things to note Our residential neighborhood is nestled walking distance to beautiful Sligo Creek and all its many trails and activities. The apartment is a perfect place for up to 4 guest’s. It is a very quiet building and quiet neighborhood. Ample street parking available. Children and pets are welcome. One time pet cleaning fee $75. Thank you. Be respectfful of noise after 11:00 pm on a weekday, and 12:00 midnight on the weekend. We appreciate you respecting our rules. Parking: There is ample street parking on Erie Ave, cars come and go and most home have their own parking. Street parking is available on a first come basis, but it constantly changes thru the day... 🚫Please do not park in our driveway. You will be towed at your own expense. 🚫Please do NOT park in the parking lot next door at 719 Erie (behind the buildings) you will be TOWED at your own expense!
