Direct Lake front cottage on the southern shores of Lake Hebron! The space Welcome to our 3 bedroom home just steps away from the beautiful Lake Hebron. Our home offers 180 feet of private lake front, a large flat yard, and a large fire pit area to enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking, relaxing and toasting marshmallows. A charcoal grill is also available (charcoal/lighter fluid not provided) PLEASE NOTE- The property has direct access to water and we DO NOT provide life jackets (guests are responsible for swimming at your own risk and for bringing proper floatation safety devices) Children must be supervised at ALL times Inside the home you will find a panoramic view of the lake from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. The twin bedroom is downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. There is a bathroom on each level with the washer and dryer located in the lower level bathroom. The living room has a heat pump/AC unit to help with the humidity in the Summer and a large sliding glass door leading to the lake and yard area. Our home is minutes away form the Appalachian trail and 100 mile Wilderness. If Hiking is your thing, there are plenty of trails and mountains right down the road. Moosehead lake region is 10 miles away with unlimited outdoor activities as well as shopping and dining. Downtown Monson has a great pub (lakeshore house), BBQ spot (Spring Creek), the famous Quarry restaurant and the cutest General store you will ever see that offers most all essentials and fresh made sandwiches. There is a gas station/convenience store that also offers pizza and other ready to grab food/beverages.
