The space Discover the cozy comfort of our homely apartment, equipped with an inviting Swedish stove that ensures a warmth all around. Perfect for groups or families, our accommodation offers a versatile sleeping arrangement: A bedroom with a double bed, another room with two beds and an extra bed, as well as a gallery serving as a mattress camp (guests are asked to bring their own sleeping bag and pillowcase). Additionally, a washing machine is available for your convenience. Inside this cozy abode, you’ll find everything you need for a successful stay. A fully equipped kitchen, which has been even more inviting since October 2015 with new appliances, is at your disposal. For special evenings, you can find a compartment on the ground floor with fondue dishes and a Raclette grill to enjoy delicious meals together. Moreover, you'll benefit from direct access to a balcony where you can admire the evening sun. The apartment is also distinguished by its excellent location, with a direct, five-minute walk to the Tannenheim valley descent, so you can confidently leave your car parked for the entire week. The unique view of the Churfirsten and the Grisons dominion adds an unparalleled touch to your stay. For guests arriving by car, two parking spaces are available right in front of the house. Alternatively, the apartment is easily accessible by public transport, with only a 15-minute walk from the nearest stop. Please note that additional costs for final cleaning and bed linen are not included in the rent and are to be settled separately before handing over the apartment.
