This is a private apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood, conveniently located 16 minutes on foot from Shizuoka station and 7 minutes on foot from Hiyoshicho station. Sunpu Castle Park and nearby parks are a 10-minute walk away, where you can easily enjoy picnics and sports, as well as the seasonal scenery of cherry blossoms in full bloom in spring and deep autumn leaves in fall. We'll take care of it as much as we can. If you check out late without notifying us, you will be charged a fee of 3,000 yen. This is to compensate the cleaning staff who are on standby.
