The room is furnished with a comfy twin-size bed, desk & a chair combo, a 32" smart TV, complete with soft, luxurious linens & pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. Overall, this calming and soothing room provides a perfect sanctuary for you to unwind and recharge. The space This is a 3 bedroom apartment (in a 2-family private house) where the host lives and the private room is reserved for 1 guest at a time. The kitchen, the bathroom and other common areas are shared with the host during the guest(s)' stay.. The host will be present within the unit during a guests' stay. Guest access - Other than the private room, the rest of the apartment; the kitchen and the bathroom are fully accessible and they are shared spaces with the host... - All utensils, kitchenware, appliances are available for guests' use including storing, preparing and cooking any type of meal at any time. - Guests are also permitted to order any deliveries, whether food, packages or similar. - The host lives in the apartment full time and is always available to answer any questions and/or help the guests with their room or the apartment in general whenever guests require assistance. During your stay The host will be present within the unit during all guests' stay, and will always be available to answer any questions or help the guests with any room and/or apartment related requests. Other things to note - This is a non-smoking house and smoking (includes everything from cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, and cigars to cannabis, weed, vaping devices, etc) anywhere inside the apartment, including the private room is not permitted. There is a $300 fee for each violation. - No day-time visitors are permitted in the apartment without the express consent of the host. There will be a $75 fee for each violation to this rule. - No overnight visitors are permitted. In case of an unregistered/unauthorized/off-AirBnb visitors, there is a $125 fee per occasion. - A late check-out fee of $50 may be applied for check-outs beyond 11am on the final day, - Pets and children under 10 cannot be accommodated in this apartment due to the limitations of pet-related and child-related amenities, - No parties, - No loud music/noise/TV/etc after 11pm and until 9am - KITCHEN: No oil cooking (frying) allowed, unless previously discussed and agreed on conditions Registration Details OSE-STRREG-0003389
