The space 🏡 Entire Property — 4 Connected Units for Large Groups Welcome to our spacious multi-unit property, perfect for large groups, family gatherings, or retreats! This listing is a combination of 4 separate units: Units 1 & 2 are located on the ground floor and connected by an interior door, creating a seamless shared space. Units 3 & 4 are on the upper level, each with their own private entry doors for added privacy and flexibility. Together, the property comfortably sleeps up to 76 guests, offering plenty of beds, couches, and open living areas for everyone to enjoy. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements: Queen Beds: 13 total (sleeps 26 people) Double Beds: 3 total (sleeps 6 people) Double-Sized Bunk Beds: 8 sets (sleeps 32 people) Couches: 15 sets (sleeps 12 people total) Guest access An additional guest fee of $10 per person, per night applies after the first 8 guests. For any guests beyond the 16 included in the reservation, we’ll process the extra charges through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. Infants are counted. Other things to note 📌 Important Note: The cleaning fee for this listing is $1,100. Any discrepancies at booking will be collected through the Resolution Center. Ground floor — two spaces on the ground level combined with a connecting door inside, providing guests with more room and flexibility while still keeping everyone close together. 2nd floor — two combined units, each with two private entrances. The other upper unit in the left side is a bi-level unit, also located on the 2nd floor but with an additional 3rd floor where the kitchen, dining, and living areas are located. ❌No washer/dryer ❌No dishwasher Outages (power and wifi) can occasionally occur in this area. The property is located in the mountains, where winter weather may include heavy snow and strong winds, which can sometimes affect electricity service.
