Please note: The cottage is one of two houses on the property. It's private and has its own driveway. The space The house is beside an abundant orchard where you can enjoy the fruit when it's in season. The cottage: There are two steps up to the sliding glass door entrance. - Living space has amazing rural views to the Hunters Hills. Two-seater couch, armchair, and dining table, original art and designer furniture. Heat pump and AC. No TV, but excellent internet you can stream on. . - Full kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and microwave - Open plan kitchen-dining-living space - One queen bedroom - One bathroom with shower, toilet, handbasin, heated towel rail, heated mirror, extraction fan. - Private outdoor area in the orchard with seating and swing. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the house and the orchard. If there's no-one home next door you're welcome to walk in the gardens. We'll let you know when you book.
