Welcome to Villa Te Moana by Ona Iti Villas, a modern cocoon where Polynesian charm and contemporary style meet. Located in a peaceful area of Maatea, it offers beautiful mountain views and is a short walk from a small private beach ideal for relaxing, swimming or watching the Tahitian sunrise. The space The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests: 4 adults in the two air-conditioned bedrooms and up to 4 people in the mezzanine, equipped with a large king-size bed and two small beds, ideal for children (+12 years) or additional guests. One bedroom has a private bathroom, while the second bedroom and mezzanine share a separate bathroom. The villa is organized around a bright living room, with a cozy living room with a TV area and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing your meals. You will also have a laundry room, equipped with a washer-dryer, for optimal comfort. Exterior and amenities The living room opens onto a covered terrace, where a large dining table allows you to share your meals in a friendly atmosphere. Under the fare pote'e, enjoy a cozy corner perfect for your moments of relaxation or an aperitif in peace. The villa also has a private pool, a tropical garden, currently being created, which is beginning to come to life with the first plantations, an outdoor shower and a charcoal barbecue. Other things to note Polynesia is a tropical destination populated by animals and insects, most of which are harmless. During your stay you may encounter mosquitoes, cockroaches, spiders or other lizards despite our best efforts to maintain a high level of maintenance. In the lagoon, we recommend wearing plastic shoes to avoid injuring yourself with coral, sea urchins, or stonefish. There is no public transportation on the island and we do not provide any transfer or transportation of passengers. It is therefore imperative to rent a vehicle during your stay.
