The space This fully furnished apartment offers two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, both featuring a comfortable king-size bed and individual locks. The space includes a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy living area- perfect for relaxing after a long day. Enjoy keyless entry with a smart lock on the main door, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV with popular streaming apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime. For longer stays, a washing machine is available to make you feel right at home. Eden is one of the most accessible living spaces in the city, designed to be easy to navigate and comfortable for all guests. It is ideal for families, professionals, and anyone looking for a calm, home-like environment in a prime location. Eden is situated on the ground-floor level, just below the main entrance of my home, and is filled with ample natural light and windows throughout the apartment. Window blinds and tinted windows are installed, allowing guests to choose between complete privacy or natural light, as per their preference. My family and I live on the top floor, ensuring a safe, secure environment and quick assistance if needed, while fully respecting your privacy and independence. I’m always happy to help with local tips, food recommendations, cafés, and must-visit places in Trivandrum- just reach out anytime. For guests travelling with a car, free night parking can be arranged on the property from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am. During daytime hours, street parking is available in the immediate vicinity. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Additional guests can be accommodated at ₹500 per person, for which a comfortable mattress will be provided. Please message in advance to confirm availability and arrangements. Important note: As per local regulations, government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests. Please book only if you are comfortable sharing valid identification. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire private, self-contained unit, including two air-conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area and a comfortable living area. The apartment has an independent entrance, ensuring complete privacy. All amenities inside the unit are for guest use only. The host family resides on the upper floor and other areas of the house are not accessible to guests.
