Located in the heart of the historic town of Pont de l'Arche, this warm house offers a rare setting, combining charm, nature and accessibility. It's all the way to walk! Come and discover this beautiful region of Normandy at the foot of the A13, 20 minutes from Rouen, 1 hour from Paris and the beautiful Normandy coast (Deauville, Etretat, Cabourg...). The space We welcome you to this charming house, completely renovated reflecting our personality with as a first desire, making you spend a pleasant stay. You will be charmed, from the moment you arrive by its soft and warm world. This house for 4 people with a ground floor and two floors, breaks down as follows: • Ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, "Dolce gusto" coffee machine...), - A living room with sofa, coffee table, TV stand, 107 cm TV with Netflix and internet tv channels, Fast high-speed WiFi access (fiber) - An outdoor relaxation area, with Garden furniture and INFLATABLE JACUZZI (4 people) in operation July, August, September. •1st floor: - A cozy bedroom with a queen size bed and storage space for clothes, - A bathroom with Italian shower (90/160 cm receiver), double vanity, washing machine, - A separate hanging toilet. •2nd floor: - A beautiful attic room with double bed 140/190 cm, - Small storage space for clothes. We always provide: - Linen (towels, sheets) - Kitchen kit (sponge, towel, dish soap, coffee/tea pods). Baby amenities upon request (cot, highchair, bathtub). Lockbox upon request. Its geographical location: - A13 5 min. - Tourville la rivière shopping area 10 minutes away. - Rouen 20 min. - Paris 1 hr. - Deauville 1 hr. - Etretat 1h15. Train station: - Val de Reuil 10 min. - Oissel 15 min.
