Welcome to Lagom-Hilltop House – a Nordic-style retreat, just 40 minutes from Hanoi. Lagom is a Swedish philosophy of life (knowing when enough is enough), and it was formed during a turning point in my life. Our house is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort: • 1 bedroom with a king-size bed and premium cotton linens (memory foam mattress, soft duvet, and 100% cotton sheets) for a good night's sleep. • A spacious living room for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a cozy movie night. • A fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and essential cooking utensils for your home-cooked meals. • Nearly 1000m² private garden with outdoor BBQ area, picnic tents, and various relaxation spots surrounded by nature. • Free private parking and space for outdoor activities. • Free private parking and space for outdoor activities. • Bicycle service available for guests to explore the surrounding area – just a 5-10 minute bike ride to Dong Do Lake, a beautiful spot for strolling or picnicking. • We can prepare BBQ parties, picnics, and cozy campfires upon request – just let us know your needs (service fee applies based on selected menu). Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the house, private garden, picnic area, BBQ space, and on-site parking. The space is completely private – no sharing with others. A house manager will assist you with check-in to ensure a smooth arrival, and I’m always online 24/7 to support you throughout your stay. Other things to note - Please keep noise levels down after 11 PM to respect the tranquil environment and nearby homes. We provide basic breakfast items (tea, coffee, instant noodles) for your convenience. Additional meals like BBQ, hotpot, or chicken can be prepared upon request for an extra charge. - Early check-in and late check-out can be possible upon the room is available. (Additional charges may apply) - We'd appreciate you letting us know the request in advance so we can prepare your stay accordingly. Small note: The road to the villa is currently under construction, so there is about 1 km of dirt road before reaching the villa. Thank you for your understanding.
