This is NOT a "whole house" listing: This listing is a for 1 room. includes the following: - 1 Queen size beds - Smart TV w/ WIFI service - One Full Bathroom (Shared) - Tray Tables for food (eating & drinking in the rooms is permitted) - Desk & Chair for workspace -The room accommodates up to 2 guests/14 days max stay (exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis). Any accompanying guests MUST be listed on the reservation. The space This is not a “whole” house renting. One bedroom with queen size beds room number 4 and shared bathroom. Single Family Residence with 5 bedroom/3 full bathrooms (of which only 4 rooms will be available for booking). Guest access The Listing Owners, Co-hosts & other Airbnb Guests will have access to all other areas of the house EXCEPT for the bedrooms/bathrooms that is designated to each Other things to note 🚫 We're unable to host the following request to book: - Any Third-party bookings. If you're not booking with your own Airbnb profile with a legitimate profile picture of yourself - If you're accompanied by more than 2 guests and/or you're accompanied with a child under the age of 10 years old - if you're accompanied by pets of any kind - if you're unreachable and we're not able to communicate with you 🚭 This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or on **the outside premises in front of the home. Refer to the our House Rules. Any violation of this explicit house rule will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
