Enjoy the space, unwind, and feel right at home. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM to help keep the neighborhood peaceful. You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas during this time - we just ask that conversations stay at a lower volume so everyone can relax and enjoy their evening. **ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL** Our pool can be heated year round, however depending on the outside temperatures during your stay, it could be more difficult to heat during January and February's coldest temperatures. Thank you for understanding. While the pool won’t reach hot-tub temperatures, the pool is maintained at 86º degrees November to April/May. Our pool team comes to take care of the home on Thursday or Friday. On the coldest days of the year our pool may not reach set temperature due to the extreme cold. Most heat pumps do not function as well when outside temperature is less than 55 degrees. *We provide pool heating at $150 for the first day, and $100 for each other day you'd like the pool heat on. This will need to be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance and pool heat request paid prior to arrival. Registration details STR-25-13501120
