Child-friendly house with heated pool in quiet area with proximity to grocery store and playgrounds, 20 minutes by car to Astrid Lindgren's World. The space Accommodation is best suited for 1-2 families with children. On the ground floor there is a 30 sqm living room, kitchen, dining room and toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and toilet with shower. Baby gate is by the stairs upstairs and portable gate is to be set below the stairs. Bedroom 1, large room with 180cm bed. There is the possibility of a crib, let us know when booking. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a 120-cm bed, with the option of an extra 80 x 190-cm bed in both rooms; please let us know when booking. Bedroom 4, 140 cm bed in the guest house. Smart TVs are available in all the bedrooms. In the hall upstairs there is an office area. Outdoors, there is a terrace at the same level as the house of 50 sqm was 25 sqm covered. At ground level there is 130 sqm with deck with heated pool in the middle with pool roof and solar heated outdoor shower. Sofa, lounge chairs, dining area and gas grill. In the garden there is a play area with treehouse, trampoline, playhouse, swings, soccer goals, etc. Indoors there are books, games and toys, high chair and junior chairs. 200 meters to the forest, 2 km to the swimming area and 400 meters to Ica store. We also have a few chickens living with us. Feel free to help and make sure they have food and water against fresh eggs. Note: Guests will bring their own sheets and towels. Can be rented for SEK 100 - linen and towel, booked in advance. Cleaning is not included in the price but cleaning supplies are provided. If cleaning is desired, a fee of SEK 1,500 will be added, notified in advance and paid on site. Trails of cat are in the home.
