It has its own separate entrance at the back of the house. Apartment 2 is the smaller apartment in this duplex house. The other apartment is bigger and has access from the front of the house. Parking - there is 1 parking space in the private driveway accessible from the alleyway. If there are no spots available, let me know and I can make some calls to free up 1 space. Also, there is additional free parking in the NAPA parking lot, 50 feet away from the back of the property. If you have more than 1 car, it would be parked in the NAPA parking lot as well. Other things to note Steps from Lake George, Festival Park, and downtown dining — everything walkable. The fact that this place is located downtown Hobart, is very ideal. For long term stays, mandatory cleaning by our staff will happen twice per month at the regular cleaning rate and will be billed separately to you. In this cleaning the following will be included: washing of the linens and towels, cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen, mopping of the floor, and dusting.
