The accommodation is located on the Mont-Noir hiking trails, ideal for cyclists, equestrian center nearby as well as estaminets, grocery store, bakery and pharmacy within walking distance. Peace and quiet guaranteed. The private garden gives you a magnificent view of the countryside of Bailleul, Saint-Jans-Cappel and the Flanders mountains. Possibility to fence the garden with a barrier for the safety of children. Linens and towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival. Automatic and programmed gas central heating. You can also enjoy a wood-fired fireplace (provided). For electric vehicles, you have electric charging stations at the stadium in the village, no use of the electrical outlets of the cottage, risk of fire. We cannot accept pets. A filter coffee maker is available as well as a Senseo, ground coffee and filters provided but not the Senseo pods for your information. You have access to the whole garden, privatized for our guests. Possibility to store your bikes in a locked shelter. NO PARTIES, PLEASE.
