The elegant 2-room apartment Marthe's Seeblick, on the 2nd floor is about 71 sqm, designed for 2 to 4 people and fully equipped with parquet floor and underfloor heating. The large living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, LCD TV and radio/CD/DVD. In the bedroom you will find a double bed as well as the possibility to add a baby travel cot. Enjoy the sunset by the sea. The large bathroom has a bathtub and shower cubicle as well as a hairdryer. 2 west-facing balconies invite you to breakfast and dinner - 1 balcony with direct sea view, 1 balcony overlooking the spa park. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic stove, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. You can easily reach the apartment by elevator. A small storage room can be used in the apartment. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers. The initial furnishing of the apartment includes a linen package per person, (included in the final invoice price: bed linen, towels, dishes, shower mat). Baker, supermarket, restaurants, shops, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc. - everything around the corner. At Parkstr. 31, you can rent a parking space from us, from €6/night (if not occupied).
