The pool is opened and heated in April 2025 but we do not guarantee the 26 degrees depending on night temperatures. In order to preserve the tranquility of the hamlet, parties and noise are prohibited .Animal accepted under conditions. Come and discover this beautiful stone house with its swimming pool heated to 26*from May to September and the hot tub (usable all year round) which are both private. The jacuzzi is outdoor and sheltered under an authentic nut dryer. The space This old farmhouse freshly renovated is in duplex, you will find upstairs the original walnut stairs, 3 bedrooms including one in a row (with 1 bunk bed 80x180), one with 2 single beds (90x190) and a third with a bed of 180x190, the bathroom with its shower and toilet. Terraced house with another cottage not overlooked and independent exteriors and entrance. On the ground floor, the living room of 30 m2 with the equipped kitchen and a wood stove to spend the winter days warm. You have 3 terraces, one at the entrance of the house, the second covered under an authentic walnut dryer where you can enjoy the plancha and the 3rd, the relaxation area, next to the hot tub and the secure swimming pool (electric curtain and gate with child safety gate) Guest access You have private access to the 3 terraces, the swimming pool courtyard and the jacuzzi. Enjoy the shade of dryers in summer. The accommodation is paired with another cottage, not overlooked and without common areas. It is possible that during your stay someone will come to treat the hot tub and pool or mow and water, this person will not have access to the interiors and you will be notified of their arrival. Other things to note The second part of the house has a cottage of 4 places, the entrance and the courtyard are totally separated and there is no vis-à-vis. The hamlet being quiet it is forbidden to organize parties .(bachelorette party, birthday...) It is imperative to take a shower before going into the Jacuzzi as well as after a swim in the pool.(the water treatment is sensitive and it may be unsuitable for swimming if it is in contact with hygiene products such as body cream, perfume, makeup, sunscreen and chlorine from the pool) For hygiene reasons, you must undo the bed when you leave, taking care to leave the covers on the mattress and pillows ( the linen is washed by a professional) When you leave, thank you: - to clean household appliances (coffee makers, ovens, fridge, plates...) and the plancha - empty the dishwasher and store the dishes clean - empty the ashtrays and garbage cans and drop them off in the moloch (for safety reasons we do not carry your garbage cans ourselves, we are sorry)
