Large patio for outdoor enjoyment with table and chairs , plus a 10 X 30 screened lanai. Close to bike trail and historic downtown Inverness. Near shopping and dining. Paddle King 13 ft pontoon boat with fishing rod holder (pedal powered) and Brooklyn 12 ft 8 in 2 person kayak provided for our guests use. Also included are 2 - 21 speed bikes to enjoy the nearby bike trail.
