Swimming Pool • Timings: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM • Closed: 1st October – 31st March (winter) • Open: 1st April – 30th September • Dress Code: Proper swimming costume & cap is compulsory (please bring your own no rentals available) • Guests without appropriate swimwear will not be permitted in the pool. Gym: Available daily 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM with an additional charge. Closed every Tuesday. Horse Riding Available for both beginners and experienced riders at an additional charge. • Morning: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM • Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM Sports: Tennis, Golf, Cricket & Basketball facilities are available but guests must bring their own equipment Other things to note House Rules ✿ Minimum check-in age: 18 years ✿ Pets are not allowed ✿ Smoking is allowed inside the room only (balcony/corridors / outdoor smoking = strictly not allowed) ✿ Any burn marks/stains/damages will be chargeable ✿ Please keep the main door always closed & locked (whether inside or stepping out) ✿ Quiet hours after 10:00 PM ✿ Visitors allowed till 11:00 PM only (charges may apply) ✿ All visitors must be informed in advance; otherwise, entry will not be provided ✿ Decoration is not allowed (No balloons, candles, tapes, fairy lights, etc.) ✿ Photography/videography in public/common areas is strictly not allowed. Fine will be deducted from the deposit if found. ✿ The balcony must be kept clean. Do not keep any trash/food waste in the balcony ✿ At checkout, switch OFF all appliances (AC / lights / TV/geyser, etc.) ✿ Security Deposit: ₹4,000 (refundable after inspection) ✿ Electricity for long stays will be charged on actual unit consumption ✿ No parties or loud music ✿ Handle all furniture, appliances & items responsibly
