Happy cottage - Hoeven, NL

Cozy modern cottage in a natural area of Brabant ,a breath of fresh air, and nature . walk through the woods, enjoy views of the lake, and explore nearby cycling routes. Located right next to Recreatiepark Splesj ( Bosbad Hoeven), now part of Summio Bosparc De Hoevenaer, and only 15 minutes from the vibrant city of Breda. The Belgian border and Antwerp are just 30 minutes away. Take it easy and relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Animals allowed. The space The cottage is located at the second and most quiet part of a bungalow park. At the residential area separated of the Summio park that is at the front. This part of the the park is in a very positive reorganisation and for this reason at the moment doesn't have a name yet. Cottage nr 19 is the only bungalow just a little bit away from the other bungalows in the park. At a little private area right at the back of the lake , where you would be accompanied bij ducks , birds ,cats and a heron. The livingroom view all around is water and green ,trees and nature , squirrels and some fish in the pond. There is 3 small but convenient bedrooms in the house. One of them is on the ground floor.. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and have a little toilet /sink at this floor aswel . The big and just refurbished bathroom is at the ground floor. the living room / kitchen is full of light and really cozy. the kitchen is modern and really well equipped . There is a big garden around the house whit a nice terrace right at the water side and outdoor picknick table overlooking the water .. Right next to the bungalow there is two private parking places. I will provide you with 2 tags that open the barrier of the summio pakt entrance to enter the second part of the park . Around Christmas the house will be lovely decorated with lots of light and a real Christmas tree ! Guest access Access to the bungalow park is via the same entrance as the Sumio Bungalow Park at Haspelstraat 30. Please note: the reception there is not connected to us and cannot assist or provide keys. However, this is the correct barrier to enter our part of the park. I will provide you with a key tag for easy access. The drive-in tag can be collected from another address on the same street as the park entrance, making your arrival smooth and simple. Together with the tags and a little map how to get to the house where you find your own set of keys inside Other things to note The cottage is rarely rented and is privately owned, giving it a luxurious and exclusive atmosphere. The plan is to only rent the cottage a few weeks a year during the special holiday season . It is fully equipped with all modern comforts, making it both cozy and homely. The interior is thoughtfully and extensively furnished to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. Great heating and warm shower are a thing ! During Christmas holidays the house will be festively decorated with lights and tree and lovely little details . TOURIST - TAX In accordance with the local regulations of the municipality of Halderberge, a tourist tax of €1.35 per person per night applies. This amount is not included in the booking price and will be collected separately upon arrival or after stay through a transfer or in cash if possible :)
