Forest living at Villa Maan

Welcome to Villa Maan! Since May 2, 2025, we, (Ma)rcel & (An)ita, have been the proud owners of this home. We have completely renovated it from top to bottom, from outside and inside, and completely renovated, built and redecorated it in our own style, together with the help of our children. The house is located in a villa park in a beautiful green recreational area and on the outskirts of Panjevaartbos in West Brabant. The space Villa Maan is a completely newly styled vacation home. You can enjoy the seats by the pond, the starry sky and the setting sun. The vacation home has a small but cozy living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are 2 extra bedrooms and a separate toilet. • We have 4 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), but of course you can push two beds together if you want to lie next to each other. And on the ground floor, there is a king size electrically adjustable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). You can sleep in the villa with up to 6 adults. A foldable crib is provided. • The open kitchen has an extendable dining table, table model refrigerator, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. Of course, all dishes, cutlery and pans are available. Also an adjustable baby/child seat is available. •The room is an open cozy living room with a filled cabinet with books and games, an L-shaped sofa and smart TV where you can use your own streaming service (Netflix etc.). • The bathroom has a lovely rain shower and a separate hand shower, a double sink with mirror cabinet and drawers. • Through the sliding door in the living room you go to the garden and pond. At the sliding door is a canopy with a lounge set and a separate dining table. 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮❜𝘀: ✔ 2 cars can be parked for free at the house. ✔ WiFi is available free of charge. ✔ A barbecue is available that can be used on the lawn (but not under the canopy or against the house due to fire hazard). ✔ The garden is not fully enclosed. Other things to note ★ The breathtaking nature is just around the corner in the large Pagnevaartbos. The beautiful surroundings are perfect for beautiful cycling and hiking trips. ★ Next to the vacation park is Waterspeelpark Splesj, the largest outdoor water playground paradise in the Benelux. ★ There are several indoor and outdoor swimming pools and natural pools nearby. ★The beautiful long sandy beaches of Zeeland can be reached within 1 hour by car. ★ Hoeven is a quiet village with nice shops and restaurants. ★ In 20 minutes, you are in the cozy and hospitable city of Breda. ★ In Roosendaal, you will find an Indoor Skydive (15 min.) In Rucphen (5 min.) you can ski and snowboard and even ice kart on the indoor ski slope of Snowworld Rucphen. ★ In Hoeven and surroundings you can, for example, play the speurbos, outdoor escape game, to a game hall, to the observatory, glow golfing, paintball, archery, survival course, petting zoo and climbing forest. ★The Efteling (40 min.) is also well worth a visit! ★Go on a safari in the Beekse Bergen in 30 minutes. ★ Antwerp city in 40 minutes. ★ National Park the Loonse and Drunense Dunes in 45 minutes. ★ In 5 minutes from the villa park you will be at the Seppe airport where you can discover everything about the ins and outs of an airport. A professional flying lesson is super fun! 𝗟𝗘𝗧 𝗢𝗣❗ Please note that the property is required to provide recreational stay only, as imposed by the local authorities. The prices mentioned include bed linen, towel package (1 bath towel and 1 small towel), kitchen towels set (towel, 2 tea towels and dish towel) and energy costs. ADDITIONAL COSTS (to be paid in cash on site): • Tourist tax €1.50 per person per night. • Deposit €200.00 (to be refunded at check-out) OVERVIEW: • Arrival from 2 p.m. in consultation • Departure at 10:00 a.m. • No smoking inside the home • No parties or events • 1 dog allowed (number in consultation) • From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. quiet hours in the park • No candles and tea lights in the house • Do not use fondue, baking tray or gourmet inside
