Step into a world where time slows down and nature embraces you. This charming forest house is located in a quiet villa park, adjacent to the Pagnevaartbos, offering the perfect combination of comfort, privacy, and pure relaxation. Occasionally, you might spot a curious squirrel climbing from branch to branch as the sunlight filters through the leaves. Wellness and relaxation in Ibiza style 
The interior is light and airy, with natural materials and soft tones that create a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The house sits on a spacious plot of nearly 800 m², allowing you to completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Pamper yourself with the wellness facilities: soak in the ready-to-use jacuzzi under the stars, feel the warmth of the Finnish sauna, or refresh yourself in the luxurious rain shower. Everything is designed to relax your body and mind. The sunny garden is a green oasis with several seating areas and a covered space with a large picnic table. Here you can unwind, surrounded by the whispering trees and gentle sounds of nature. All wellness facilities are included in the price! Layout of the house 
The house accommodates up to six guests and is cozy and comfortably furnished. Ground floor:

– Separate toilet There are four single beds (90 x 200 cm) and one double bed (160 x 200 cm), ideal for friends or families. Kitchen & living room 
The open kitchen is fully equipped: oven, gas stove, freestanding fridge with freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, and kettle. Pots, dishes, and cutlery are provided. The small yet cozy living room adjoins the kitchen and invites you to relax, for example with a movie on the smart TV or your favorite series via your own streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, or Amazon Prime Video. Wellness & bathroom 
The bathroom feels like a mini-spa: spacious rain shower, hand shower with massage settings, double sinks, and marble-look washbasins. The indoor sauna accommodates three people, and the garden jacuzzi is suitable for up to four people at the same time. This way, everyone can enjoy a moment of peace and warmth. Outdoor living 
Through the sliding door, you step directly into the spacious garden, where a covered area with a comfortable picnic table awaits. The barbecue may be used on the lawn (bring your own briquettes). For fire safety, grilling under the roof or against the house is not permitted. The garden is not fully fenced. Practical information

Villa Wellness Retreat is located in the village of Hoeven, West Brabant. The villa park is quiet and has no facilities, which contributes to the relaxing atmosphere. However, there is plenty to do in the area for both those seeking peace and active guests. Children will also find plenty of entertainment! Nature & outdoors

Guest access The entire house is available to you! Other things to note Please note that the accommodation is required to offer only recreational accommodation, as imposed by local authorities. The prices mentioned include bed linen, towel package (1 bath towel per person), kitchen towels and energy costs. Additional costs (to be paid in cash on site): - Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per night. - Deposit € 200.00 (to be received back upon check-out) Other: * Arrival 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM in consultation * Departure at 10:00 AM * No smoking * No parties or events * Dogs allowed (number in consultation) * This is a quiet park where it is intended to be quiet between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Candles and tea lights may not be used in the house. And we ask our guests not to use fondue, baking tray or gourmet. These smells linger in the house for a long time and we don't want the next guests to be bothered by them.
