Main Floor: A bright and welcoming living room of about 20 m², perfect for relaxing. A small, fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your meals. Convenient washroom with a washing machine. Upstairs: Master bedroom with a large, comfortable 160x200 cm bed, a desk and a dresser. Second bedroom furnished with a trundle bed and a wardrobe. Small modern bathroom with toilet Outdoors: An open, outdoor balcony for enjoying the fresh air. Basement (optional): For the ultimate relaxation experience, the basement features a private wellness area with a two-person hot tub and a wood-burning sauna. This space is available as an option, for an additional fee. €30 for a one- or two-night booking and €10 more per night. (Example: calculate €50 for a four-night booking) Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation to feel right at home. You can check in completely independently thanks to our connected lock system, giving you total flexibility. You can park for free on the adjacent streets. Other things to note A Nespresso coffee machine is available (a few capsules are provided to start your stay). For your safety, a camera is installed outside the house, pointed towards the entrance. Access to the spa and sauna area is a paid option. Please contact us for more details on rates and to book your access. To make sure your stay goes smoothly, please follow a few rules. - Strictly no smoking or vaping in the accommodation. - Out of respect for neighbors parties are prohibited and noise schedules must be respected. - Furniture should not be taken out to the balcony. - We are delighted to welcome pets, but it is strictly forbidden to access the sofa and beds for them.
