This quiet & stylish guesthouse somehow feels far away from the noise while also being very walkable + super close to the airport! With amenities like high-speed wifi, hot tub, private patio, and quality bedding (Nectar mattress, Brooklinen sheets, etc), you'll feel rejuvenated for whatever adventures you have ahead! *This is a studio guesthouse on a property with our family home (fully separate), but there will be occasional sounds of my children :) No smoking inside, and sadly no pets. The space This is our little one-bedroom/studio casita. Guests can enjoy their own private patio, as well as a private hot tub space. It's a small but spacious house with a king bed, a travel crib, and a queen air mattress for a child or additional adult. The space is best suited for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults. Please note that myself and my two small boys live in the main house, and we love having guests, but we also love being outside. You’ll have your own space, but you might hear sounds of us frolicking about. If this would bother you, this probably isn’t the right place for you. Please no smoking inside 🙏 (fees applicable) Guest access There is a large and private gate entrance with a keypad entry. The address will take you to the front of the property, but if you drive around the corner and park in front of that big fence/gate, that is your entry point. There is one dedicated parking spot right in front of the big wooden fence. It is street parking, but it's all yours! There is also a lot of additional street parking all around :) Other things to note In general, I care a lot that guests of mine have a lovely, comfortable stay (whether I know them or not!), so please don't hesitate to give feedback or let me know if I've overlooked anything! I live in the main house with my 2 kids, so I'm around but busy busy with them usually. I'm happy to help with anything, but we'll mostly keep to ourselves :) *We’re also gone a lot!
