“Hilltop Suite” 5 minutes to town elegant country!

Close to Eugene, our cozy Hilltop Suite is located in the woods, but only 8 minutes from downtown. The Hilltop Suite, on 3 acres, is surrounded by green mountain forests and fields. Our special guests drive across a bridge to access a quiet second story retreat spot with all the amenities of home. Wake up to the sounds of birds and find yourself peacefully secluded and recharged for a great day in Eugene and surrounding areas. We’re in the country, but just 2 miles from the edge of town! The space There is a conveniently located designated parking spot for your vehicle and a private stairway entrance to the redwood deck and the Hilltop Suite front door. From the second story deck guests enter the roomy apartment to find cheerful decor and a like-new kitchen. The bed in the bedroom is both stylish and comfortable. Guests sleep on a firm Tempurpedic mattress made up with high quality, fresh linens. In the bathroom guests have access to a roomy shower with glass doors and 2 built-in seats. Outside on the south facing deck is a wonderful place for relaxing, especially in the morning. On misty mornings our guests are able to see some pretty spectacular views of the sunlight piercing through the tall Douglas firs. It’s also very common to spot a variety of wild life in the forest! Guest access The long driveway to the Hilltop Suite provides a great place to walk so guests can get some fresh air and their heart rate up. Fields, hillsides and beautiful trees are found on the property, as well. The redwood deck outside the entrance makes a nice outdoor space for guests to enjoy, weather permitting. Other things to note Eugene is the home of the Oregon Ducks and both Andy and Kathy, hosts of The Hilltop Suite, are graduates of The University of Oregon. (Go Ducks!) Events are constantly happening on the UO campus. It is conveniently located just 4+ miles away. Access to Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena, Kilkenny Baseball Field and Autzen Stadium are easy to take-in from Hilltop Suite. If you’re interested in the local cultural events like The Bach Festival, we are here for you. Events at the Lane County Fairgrounds, The Hult Center, The Shedd, The Cuthbert outdoor theater and other venues are easily accessible from The Hilltop Suite. Lorane Highway is the quaint roadway that leads guests to the Hilltop Suite . It’s a popular local biking route for avid cyclists. Lorane Highway is also the gateway to the world renowned King Estates Winery. In fact, this road has been said to be the “Napa Valley of Eugene” with Sweet Cheeks, Sylvan Ridge, Noble Estates and other wineries just down the road. Just 2.2 miles from the Hilltop Suite, nature walkers can access the beautiful scenic Ridgeline Hiking Trail. Making it to the summit of perfectly placed Spencer’s Butte is a heavenly experience, providing breath-taking views of the Willamette Valley and the snow-capped mountains in the east. Andy and Kathy will loan a picnic basket to interested guests so they can load it with their favorite picnic foods for any adventure. Complimentary paper products needed for your outing will be provided by your hosts. The beautiful coastal city of Florence, Oregon, is just 47 miles away!
