Explore many local activities and adventures for every season! The space This spacious two-bedroom plus resort suite measures approximately 828 square feet (77 square metres). You will enjoy a queen bed in the master, two twin beds OR queen bed in the guest room, bunk beds (for children) in the den and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, washer/dryer, gas fireplace and a balcony with barbecue grill. Stairs required. Maximum occupancy is eight. Private sleeping area sleeps four. The third floor is ground level due to the resort being on a cliff side, and the first floor is down two flights of stairs. The first and second floor units may have views obstructed by trees. Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite, and this is strictly enforced. Vehicles without a parking pass will be subject to towing. Guests can park anywhere in front of the main building. Covered parking is reserved for privately owned suites. The resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. The resort has no pool. The hot tub is located on the second floor and is open from 10 a.m.-10 p.m. year-round. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted hot tub signage for more information. Other things to note A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in. You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room. If reservation guest name needs to be changed, please contact via Airbnb message board or call Extra Holidays at phone:800-917-1591. A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account. The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
