With your feet in the pool, and your head in the steam of the Sauna, let yourself be charmed by a stay in Touraine! The space The accommodation is a spacious gîte, an old 16th century farmhouse which, being classified as a heritage site, has preserved both its facade and its rural character of the time: its perimeter walls, its large garden (1,500 m2) bordered only by fields, and its surroundings untouched by any human activity (the first paved road is 1 km away, the first neighbor 500 m) will immediately immerse you in the bucolic and rural atmosphere of this region so rich in history. This is the perfect place for vacations, family reunions, cousins' days, artistic residencies, seminars... You will be nestled in a green setting, tranquility, but also comfort and modernity: Queen Size beds, Swimming pool, Barbecue, large living room of + 60 m2 with video projector and Dolby 5.1 Bluetooth sound system, Equipped kitchen (Bean coffee machine, Kitchen Aid, Stovetop...). Everything is designed to make you feel at home in the countryside as if you were in a hotel. And there's no room for boredom here! You will find all the amenities to fully animate the stay of adults and children: Deckchairs, Billiards, Foosball, Darts and Board Games, Games for Children and Adults (ping-pong table, trampoline, soccer goal, badminton court, molkky and petanque game...), bicycles available (a dozen)... So, don't wait any longer and come and recharge your batteries under the bright chandeliers of an open-air cinema that the stars, generous far from the light pollution of big cities, offer as a bonus to the satisfied traveler :) Guest access The accommodation is easily accessible by a dirt road (which can easily be taken by car of course, even by truck, so no fear), which will take you from Chanceaux-près-Loches to your accommodation. A taxi can take you from Loches to Chanceaux-près-Loches, but we highly recommend a motorized vehicle. The dirt road that leads to the property will otherwise quickly become a daily obstacle. Guests will have access to the entire property and rooms based on the number of people indicated. We reserve the right to block access to single rooms, to avoid bookings with more guests than the number listed on the booking. Other things to note Rates include amenities for use: clean sheets provided + clean towels. We recommend that you bring your own hygiene products (shower gel, etc.).
