Guest Bedroom: Equipped with a comfortable Queen Bed. Bunk Bed Room: Perfect for families, featuring one Queen Bed and one Twin Bed. 🌴 Your Private Outdoor Oasis The 2+ acre grounds offer two distinct outdoor experiences, including a secluded backyard designed for ultimate relaxation: Private 6-Person Spa: Unwind in the large outdoor hot tub, which overlooks a peaceful natural hill and lush trees for total privacy. Entertaining Deck: Includes a large patio with a BBQ and griddle, a dining area, and a lounge couch. Front Yard: Features a large artificial grass area and a scenic rock patio with string lights, perfect for evening drinks overlooking the farm fields. 🍓 Farm-to-Table Experience Guests can take a short walk to our neighbors at The Farm Stand (open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday) to purchase pesticide-free, year-round strawberries and fresh local produce. 📍 The Location You are perfectly positioned to explore the best of the Central Coast: Arroyo Grande Village: 2–3 minutes by car (or a 15-minute bike ride). Vineyards: Just 5–7 minutes to Tally Vineyards. The Beach & Lake: 10 minutes to the Pacific Ocean and 10 minutes to Lake Lopez. Recreation: Strother Park is directly across the street for easy walks and fresh air. Guest Access Guests have full access to the home and the 2-acre property. Please note the garage is reserved for owner storage. There is ample parking available on-site for multiple vehicles. 🔑 Important Guest Info Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement is mandatory and must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required per stay as a standard hold for incidentals. Quiet Hours: Starts at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise to ensure a restful environment for all residents and neighbors. Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee.
