Guests should be aware that only street parking is available and it is around the corner & up 1-2 blocks, or the public lot diagonal from house. Also, 10 stairs from sidewalk to home & 12 up to apt. In the heart of Midtown, guests may easily access UNMC, Nebraska Medical Center, UNO, The Blackstone District, Midtown Crossing, Aksarben Village, Downtown/Old Market, Century Link, Baxter Arena and all the highlights of Omaha. Public transportation is steps away, the bike lane to downtown runs right in front of the house, and if guests don't want to venture far for food and entertainment, they have options within a 2-minute walk from the home. A washer and dryer are available for guests to use in the basement of the home; this is also a good place for guests to store a bike or other larger items needing a secure, safe place. Guest access Guests will have access to the apartment on the 2nd floor of the home and the basement which houses the washer and dryer. Both areas have private and secure access apart from the main level of the home. Other things to note When guests arrive they will access the key from a lockbox, to make arrival time convenient. If you need to store something large such as a bike or outdoor gear, there is a basement to which you will have access.
